With its triple filter technology, the Last Chance Rescue Filter eliminates the potentially lethal gases present in a structure fire.
The filter will snap onto your Draeger SCBA mask in seconds. The filter comes vacuum-sealed in a moisture-resistant barrier pouch and packed into the Last Chance Rescue Filter Outer Protective Cover (included at no additional cost). It easily stores in a pocket or carries on your belt, so it’s guaranteed to be there when you need it most.
A convenient Trainer mock filter is available with the same adapter, similar weight and similar breathing resistance as the real filter. Train with it in a NON-smoke environment only. The Trainer comes with a mock barrier pouch, re-sealable by Velcro®. Fire Departments should make sure that every Firefighter packs the mock barrier pouch and Trainer into the Last Chance Rescue Filter's Outer Protective Cover and trains on the removal and donning process in a dark, simulated emergency situation.
